This new team member will to help our clients develop amazing websites and improve our clients’ online presence through creative content production and technical SEO strategies. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable in a fun, entrepreneurial culture. You need to be a hardworking, self-starter that wants to bring new ideas to the table, and possess an understanding of best practices in website development, content creation and brand visibility from an SEO perspective.
As the Web/SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing websites and improving our clients’ organic SEO rankings by performing keyword research and building topical content outlines, optimizing current content, and tracking the performance for our clients and reporting the results and consulting with them.
Must be expert at all things WordPress, php, hand coding php scripts and have significant SEO knowledge. Will be expected to edit and write HTML, CSS and PHP.
You are best described as a creative minded WordPress designer/developer, the type of person who considers a good evening as hanging out and building websites as a fun time then you will be a great addition to our time. You must be extremely customer service oriented and want to create a bunch of raving fans!
Expect to be working with dozens of small and medium sized service related businesses and thinking outside the box is a must. Deep experience building WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP websites. Experience working in the Divi theme a huge plus.
Skills:

ASTOUNDZ SEO Specialists
As an SEO Specialist, you will report to our SEO Manager. You will be responsible for managing and improving our clients’ SEO rankings by managing and performing keyword research and building topical content outlines, optimizing current content, and tracking the performance for our clients and reporting the results and consulting with our clients. You will have knowledge, experience and expertise around organic SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
We are looking for your proven expertise in helping ASTOUNDZ enhance and improve our SEO, Social and PPC methodologies and results. You must have 3-5 years or proven success in the field of Search Engine Optimization. And most importantly, ASTOUNDZing our clients on a monthly basis to maintain their business.
Must be proficient in WordPress, and have significant SEO and SEM experience. Must have experience with website auditing and optimization as well as social media and organic and paid campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Bringing best-in-class results and experience to our team.
- Onboarding of new clients within the designated timelines according to our agreements.
- Monthly and Quarterly Reporting and Meetings with ALL SEO clients via phone, web conference or in-person meetings depending on optimization size and client requirements.
Requirements:
