Welcome to ASTOUNDZ! We are excited to work with you on your new Website Design and SEO optimization. This is a collaborative process and needs your involvement in all stages. Please keep in mind, the more detail and better information you can provide to us, the better results we can deliver. Username and Passwords can be provided at a later date if this is being answered prior to having a formal Service Order in place.

1) Do you have a calendar? Are you using any services such as Eventbrite that need to be integrated into the website?

CONTENT FOR YOUR WEBSITE / PHOTOS

For the Main Navigation pages of your website, ASTOUNDZ will need at least 300-500 words of good marketing content for each of these pages. ASTOUNDZ will create the SEO content. We will need your content for the Main Navigation pages as soon as the website development begins. Content is the biggest hurdle to completing any website.

GMP - GOOGLE MAPS PLATFORM

Most all of our websites utilize the Google Maps Platform (GMP) to display your map location on your website. Google now requires you to have a credit card on file for this service. Google provides a FREE credit of $200 of usage each month, meaning most clients will never be charged for this, but for it to work properly, a credit card is required. SEO OBJECTIVES AND RESOURCES

This section helps us understand what your objectives are, who your competitors are, and who you are trying to target. We will take this information and compare it with our own research to develop a SEO action plan.

8) To help give us better insights for your industry as part of ongoing content development, can you provide any online resources or websites that track industry news/trends or are used as reference sites?

10) Are there any business directories or associations that you or your employees work with that could provide backlinks to your website? This is very helpful for localized search results.

GENERATING SEO KEYWORDS AND KEYWORD PHRASES

Please provide us with the keywords and keyword phrases you want to be found for in search. We will use this information and also provide our own analysis to determine the most relevant keywords and phrases that are searched, and that you can compete based on your SEO plan.

WRITING THE CONTENT

We are going to write the content for you, any and all resources you can provide to us will assist us in writing good, unique content that works well for search. The more information you can provide, the better.

3) Would your company like to offer any promotions/bonuses/free services?

Based on your SEO plan, we will be providing weekly or monthly reporting. The more interaction we have and feedback from you, the better our results will be.
