Client Questionnaires
The Discovery Process
ASTOUNDZ uses questionnaires to 1) intake Client information. 2) help define project scope & goals. In order to begin work with us, clients must fill out and submit the questionnaires that are relevant to their project (if an SEO & Web client they must submit both forms).

Keeper – Password Vault
Keeper is ASTOUNDZ’s secure online password vault. Use Keeper to store and access credentials securely.
Before asking someone for help, always check Keeper for login details.
ZenDesk (Ticketing/Client Support System)
ASTOUNDZ uses ZenDesk to help intake client support needs. We ask all clients to begin using this system after completing a project. By simply emailing helpme@ASTOUNDZ.com, clients can ping us and have the whole company notified allowing the best representative here to take care of their needs.
