How to Create & Verify Your GMB Account
Google My Business makes it easy for consumers to discover, learn about, and contact your business online.
Creating a Google My Business account is something you can do yourself. Start by visiting google.com/business and find the blue button on the top right corner that says “Manage now,” this button will take you through the steps of creating an account. Keep in mind that a Google My Business Account does not automatically create a Business Profile.
After you create and are logged into your Google My Business account, you will then need to locate your Business Profile on Google Maps and then find the “Claim this business” or “Own this business?” link seen at the bottom of the profile. Once you complete that process, your Google My Business account will then be connected with your Business Profile and under your management.
